With the progress of time, wellness as a concept has taken up a multi-dimensional definition, encompassing the individual's desire for social acceptance, exclusivity and collective welfare. Chiefly influenced by changes in society and in the lifestyles of individuals, this change has also been accelerated by extraneous factors like globalization and a greater awareness of the need for wellness among individuals.

Working people and their families face stressors and situations, in our modern world, that can affect their ability to be at their best at work, and throughout their lives. Increased levels of stress and anxiety can contribute to poor physical and emotional health, negatively affecting individuals, and the organisations for which they work.This can, of course, negatively impact their productivity and their organisations as a whole. In some cases, crisis situations may occur and these traumatic situations can bring further impacts.

Wellness Metrics supports individuals from a variety of disciplines in promoting whole-person wellness. We work with individuals, groups, and organisations to do self assessments and create data models that visually represent the state of overall wellbeing across multiple parameters.

WELLNESS ORIENTATION SESSION
We conduct Orientation Sessions that lead to a better understanding of the various dimensions of Wellness. Each of the 7 dimensions is addressed - starting from the meaning, to the relevance, the epistemology with illustrations and roleplays (if required). These also include a deepdive into the basic pillars of each Element and ends with particpants doing a self assessment on their own levels of Wellness.

WELLNESS METRICS FOR ASSESSMNET
All participants have access to the Wellness Metrics App. All you need is 10 minutes every week for doing your online confidential self assessment. Over the ensuing weeks you would start observing your own wellness trends across various parametres spread across the Seven Elements. Apart from numerical trends - for easier understand - the numbers are also visually depicted in the form of graphs. You can also see a comparison of your own wellness scores as compared to your group's score to see where you stand.
